What is Attendance Module in HRM? It’s a build in module in DPP services. With the help of this module users can track the activity of employ and patients in their Dental clinics. As it mark attendance across multiple locations. Person who is using this module of DPP for business can easily configure their users IP address and then marked them as If they are physically present out there or not.

Attendance Module system give working hours’ time options. When the employ start practice he’ll open the software and then clock-in, timer for his working hours than start, when he ends his shift he then clock-out. The purpose of this module is to track the working hours, over time work, late arrival and Absente. This help admin to give pay to the employ accordingly. to ensure the proper staffing level, there is a leave tracker that manages sick or other related leaves of employ.

There’s another interesting feature in this module which is virtual meetings. As this module help you to do a virtual meetings with your employees. This module also helps to track patient appointments, their average waiting time and their regular visit of clinic. However, there is another feature of this module that let patients to book appointments online and receive automated reminders or notifications.

When we look at this module in a broader term Admin can connect it with Electronic Health Records (EHR) or Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems of other clinics. By the end of the month this module provide a comprehensive reports of performance by employ and the patient that engage with the clinic over the last month.
